I'd like to start by saying that we've seen many scenarios in the mortgage/lending arena through the years. Some great, some bad, and many falling in the adequate category. Some of these experiences are directly related to our own mortgage needs, and most of those have actually been very good. Then we found Linda and Matson Mortgage Services, and we will be exclusively working with her, and her only moving forward. The process of buying/refinancing a home is stressful enough with an adequate or good mortgage service/bank, and that's if you don't choose a bad service or lender, which is surprisingly easy to do. Linda not only makes this process incredibly easy and stress free, she is dedicated to and invested in her clients, providing white glove treatment. Not only will she help you get the absolute best rate possible (seriously go ahead and try her), she will also make sure you avoid any bumps along the way. Professional as they come, always there to help, working with Linda is simply wonderful. She puts great care into her clients, and seeing the numbers and the money we saved (and got back) compared to larger banks, was incredible. You can't go wrong working with Linda.
